My Swimming Girls

We started swimming lessons today. We did semi-private classes where it was just my girls. It was AWESOME!!
(Shannon you know I still wish it was you teaching them!!! You HAVE to come home next year to teach swimming lessons!!!)
The girl was GREAT with the girls. She had them going under the water in no time. Amelia was actually a little nervous about it (which suprised me bc she isn't at home) but Abigail is a FISH!!! She was almost swimming back up to the top of the water with very little help!! The teacher Ms. Meridith said she will be swimming the link of the pool next summer! She had them jump off the side of the pool too, but I didn't get a good pic of it!! Hopefully next lesson I will!
She did a ton of swimming safety which is my number one priority.
She taught them to sit on the step to wait for her while she worked with the other one.

Check out Amelia......

GO AMELIA!!!

YEAH!!!

Amelia waiting for her turn!
HI MOM!
Check out Abigail....
Look at her!!!!
Coming up with a smile!!!
She taught them to do a monkey walk wher they held onto the side of the wall and walked down to the steps with their hands. Amelia could do it by herself by the end!

Her is another progression of Abigail...I was just SOOO proud of both of them!!!!

I can't wait to see what they are doing by the last lesson!!!!

Daddy's day!

We started this morning off with waking Daddy up with cards and a gift. Brian is VERY difficult to buy for because he doesn't want anything but a boat! :)
I asked him to give me specifics this year!!!! He wanted a light for his grill, so that is what he got!
Brian is such an amazing Daddy and husband to me!!! Thanks for everything you do for us Brian! All three of your girls absolutely adore you!! You are one of the very best dad's I have ever known!!! I truly hope you enjoyed your father's day of just hanging out!
Brian wanted to go get doughnuts for breakfast with the girls. They got chocolate milk for the first time...boy they LOVED it. Abigail even quit eating doughnuts to just drink her "yummy chocolate milk!"

This face says it all!!!!

Daddy's day Afternoon

This afternoon Brian wanted to grill out. We put out the kids pool and let them play while we hung out.

Here's Brian with his light for his grill.
The girls had a ton of fun sliding on the slide for the pool.

Check out her face.

Daddy with his two brown eyed girls.
Dinner...YUMMY!!! The light is now attached and ready for the next time he grills in the dark.

Happy Father's day Brian...I hope you had a GREAT one!!!

Happy Fathers day also to Pops and Paw Paw!! We hope you both had great one's too!!!
Happy Father's day to all you other Father's out there, to those soon to be father's!

Love those puddles

Yesterday we went to the snoball stand with Aunt Kelli and when we came home it had rained here. So we got out the girls boots (thanks again Aunt Char!) and let them go play in the puddles. They were a mess anyway so I figured why not????

Amelia is pretty calm in the puddles. She just stomps a little.

Abigail on the other hand....thinks about it....
Gets ready....
And JUMPS JUMPS JUMPS!!!!She LOVES it!!! (She also enjoyed her snoball and some of Amelia's too!!)

They kept driving into the puddles!!
Thanks Aunt Kelli for coming to play with us!!!

My Girls

Sunday afternoon we went and checked out Fountaineblue State Park. I was told they were FINALLY open for day use so I went to check it out. The beach is still closed, BUT they will be open in Sept. It will be GREAT for those of you who want pictures taken on the beach for christmas cards!!!

The girls had a blast playing on the play set, and of course as always I had fun taking pictures of them!!!

Happy 2nd Birthday Lilly

Yesterday we went to Lilly's 2nd birthday party at Gym Rompers. It was alot of fun. The girls had a ton of fun crawling and climbing on everything. They really enjoyed the circle time where they sang songs and played with the parachute.
Happy Birhtday Lilly!!!!!

Here's the birhtday girl enjoying the parachute!

The parachute is really high so you can't see it, but Amelia REALLY was having fun!!
Riding on top of the parachute.
I told my girls they had to go sit to get cake. They were the first ones at the tables waiting.
Amelia playing.

Abigail loved climbing on this cat walk!
Conner, Lilly and I think one of Lilly's cousins.
Baby Chase (as my girls call him) had fun there too!

Cutie Stockton singing songs!!

Lilly blowing out her candles.
