At Lilly's birthday party we gave the girls ice cream... Amelia LOVED it. I thought she was going to end up with brain freeze she was eating it so fast!!!

We are 14 months old!!!!!

The girls turned 14 months old this weekend. They are sure both growing FAST!! Amelia started walking this past month so everyone is running around here!! Amelia is also full of words now. (most of them we have no clue what she is saying!) Abigail has her few words and is VERY interested in books! They are both learining something new every day!

Happy Daddy's Day Brian!!!

Today we celebrated Father's day with just the four of us. I cooked breakfast for Brian this morning while he was sleeping in. The girls and I woke him up when breakfast was ready. The girls actually carried his cards into him in the bed. It was really cute! We then went to church and then to the Lakefront. We came home and had lunch, and watched a movie. (what Brian said all he wanted for Father's day!) Then we swam with the girls this afternoon and grilled out.

Here is the gift the girls and I gave Brian. It is a stepping stone. (If you can't tell it has imprints of the girls feet and says We love you Daddy 2006 on it. It also has the girls initials so we can remember which one was each girls feet!)

Happy Father's day Brian!! The girls and I LOVE and adore you very much!! You are the best Daddy I know!!! Hope you enjoyed your second father's day! (At least we are sleeping now!! Last year I think was a little of a blur! :)

It's ALL about Daddy and his girls

Today we went to the Lakefront after church so I could get pics of Brian and the girls together. They LOVE their Daddy sooo much! They are both such Daddy's girls!!!

We went and played in the fountains at the Trail Head on Friday. We had a good time. I will definitely not try to do it completely again on my own without lots of friends there to help keep all the kiddos in the circle of the fountains. Amelia and Abigail liked to run off into the grass to play in the mud etc. After a while they really did start to play in the water and I got a few quick shots... Definitely not my best photography work, but I couldn't pay attention to what I was shooting and watch to see where the other one was.

This was more towards the end. Abigail got pretty brave and liked running through the fountains!

Abigail took a while to warm up to it and then LOVED it!!!

She is singing and talking with her arms yet again in the air. Abigail is going to be a performer one day!

Play Group

We had a visitor at play group the other day!! Grace came to visit us!!!! Gretchen was in town visiting with family so joined us for play group! Come again soon! Grace will be running around with the girls in no time!

Ok -- we all know little Ms. Abigail has to squeeze into everything she can get her hands on. Gretchen brought Grace's Bumpo chair (we didn't have one, but probably should have had TWO of them when we had the girls!) Abigail thought it was a jungle gym.....

Saturday we went to Emily and Andrew's wedding. Emily is Brian's cousin. It was here in town which was quite a change for us. We really enjoyed going to a wedding in our own church!
