Teddy Bear Tea

We've been working on renovations for the house...so sorry for the lack of the catching up on posts.

We have gone to the Teddy Bear tea the last two years at the Royal Sonesta. We loved staying there and definitely will be a tradition to come for many years hopefully! I work so much the months of Oct and Nov so I love to make up time with the girls by doing a ton of fun stuff for Christmas. It is my absolute favorite time of year! If you are in the area during Christmas check out the Teddy Bear too! It's toooo cute! The girls LOVE it!

They have a million trees decorated all the way down the corridor. They are so beautiful and smell sooo good!

The nutcracker.

One of the girls FAVORITES the snow princess. They are in AWE of her! She was outside ready to greet us! She would get them to SWOOSH their skirts with her every time they saw her for the rest of the tea! (Which of course the girls thought they were just HOT STUFF with her!!!)

During the tea.

Amelia and her teddy bear she got.

LOVE this one!

Abigail with her teddy bear!

Watching the parade come in of the trumpteer, Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, Rudolph, the Snow Princess, and Frosty the Snow Man.

SOO EXCITED!

Frosty

Rudolph

I love this one of Abigail looking up at him!

We didn't go take pics with Santa Claus before the tea. We had seen Santa sooo many times by this time and we were worried the questions were going to start coming. At the end of the tea Santa came up to the girls and spent a GOOD 10 minutes talking to them! They were in AWE of him and just talked and talked to him! Here is Abigail giving him a BIG hug!

Mrs. Claus with the girls. She comes and sits with all the kids and reads them The Night Before Christmas. She is GREAT with the kids and gets them to interact with her as she is telling the story. This is after singing songs with her.

Me and the girls.

After the tea we walked around downtown. It was chilly so I didn't get pics while we were out and about, but did get some of them in the courtyard.
