My mom has made a bunny cake with me for as long as I can remember. She has continued this GREAT tradition with the girls. They made them after church on Easter. (I had a shot by then and was feeling a little better!)
Shaking up the coconut...Amelia wanted a Blue bunny and Abigail wanted Purple.
Then they spread the frosting.
Of course they had to taste a little too!
SMUSH it together.
Cut and put more icing on.
Then pat on the coconut.
Taste some more...
Pat coconut...
Add the eyes and nose.
Add ears and TADA!!! A bunny for Easter!
