Pool Party

This past weekend we went to a 30th birthday Pool party for Kelly Burke. The girls really liked swimming in the pool with their daddy.

I know many of you have been wondering where I have been!

All week I have been working on a new blog. I have decided to start a side photography business. (After numerous people asking me to! Thanks for the push .... :) ) I started a photo gallery of some of my recent pictures so people can see my style of photography.

I sent out an email on Monday to some of my friends and by Tuesday I had three bookings already!

I am charging $50.00. I will take at least 150 (so far I haven't taken less than 200) pictures and then edit them. (crop, turn the black and white etc.) I then give you a disk to keep forever. You go print them anywhere you would like, and whenever you would like. I will do them outdoors pretty much anywhere you would like. I will also do birthday parties etc.

Sorry there have been no new post lately. I have been too busy getting my picture taking business going. (If anyone is intersted email me) I've also been doing things for the Mom's of Multiples group. Along with dealing with my two cranky pants. Teething is KILLING me!!

Here is Amelia talking to Daddy on the phone. She kept saying DADADADADA! She is going to be quite a talker! Looks like our cell phone bills we be through the roof when she is a teenager!

 

Michele's baby shower

Yesterday was Michele's baby shower. It was at her mom's house in Money Hill...it is GORGEOUS out there. The view is amazing!

At the park

This morning we went to the park. We met Lilly and Jill there. There was a field trip of two year olds there. They were very entertaining to our girls. Abigail just loved walking around as usual. Amelia enjoyed bouncing on all the ride on equipment.

Sippy Cup Confusion

At play group all the kiddos did great with the new time change. The mom's will get used to getting up and getting out of the house that early! We will adjust I guess!:)

It was snack and juice time. They thought it was fun to drink out of each others cups instead of their own. Amelia is supposed to have (and started out with!) a yellow cup, Abigail red, and Lilly an orange one...none of them had the right cup! Like Jill said...Thank God they are all well right now!

Lakefront Morning

I am working on extending the girls morning nap and hopefully going to one nap a day. They start mother's day out in the fall and it's from 9-1. I am shooting for them to make it until 12 in the beginning. This morning we met Chrissy her two girls Rachel and Julia, and Jill and Lilly down there for a walk and swinging time. It was ALOT of fun and the girls made it until 11:30 to take their nap! YEAH!!! We are also moving play group until the morning. This means I have to start getting up and get moving in the morning!!

We love it!

That is we ALL love the car seats facing forward. Brian officially turned their car seats around, and we went to get a snowcone late yesterday so we could test the seats out. The one of Abigail is while we were driving. I don't think she has EVER been this happy in her car seat. (Don't get me wrong they are good in the car most of the time, but not laughing like this!) Amelia's was taken as soon as we stopped and I could turn all the way around to get her shot. I will definitely like being able to get to them easier. I still can't see Abigail bc she has to sit right behind me. (Neither one can be in the middle for both car seats to fit in the back seat, so they have to be on each side.)

I think they like it!!!!!

Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day!!

I am so excited to have my two amazing little one's that make me a mom! I love you to more than I think you will ever know! Thank you for making me a mom to the best two kiddos ever!

This weekend has been a Mother's day weekend for us. We started out celebrating by going to Broken Egg Cafe for breakfast yesterday morning. Then today we had my mom and Brian's mom (and our dads) over for lunch. Brian grilled us some yummy hamburgers. It was alot of fun and a relaxing day! We finished the day off by going to get snowcones.

The girls gave me a gift certificate for a massage! WOOOHOOO!!! I am REALLY excited about that. I think their dad had alot to do with that one..so Thank you honey!

Okay we didn't get any pics of me and the girls together until 2 minutes before they were going to bed..so they are in their PJs!

Special Momma hugs go to those who lost their little ones before they met them. I know this is such a hard day for you. Today was a bittersweet day for me. I got to celbrate being a mom to my little ones, but also think of the three I lost. I hope you somehow were celebrated as a mom today and know that your little ones are looking down on you today!
