The first dress I made....

I took a sewing class with a friend of mine that I met in the mom's of multiples group. She is Shelly (the one with the triplets)... Which by the way CONGRATS to them they are expecting number 4! She talked me into taking the sewing class with her and I am SOOOO glad I did. I LOVE sewing way more than I ever dreamed I would. I have piddled around in the past, but now I can whip out a reversible A-lines and pillowcase dresses and it's sooo EXCITING to see my girls in them! We will be taking another class soon, so I am hoping to learn some more complex things!
Here is the first dress I made......

I am so impressed! I can make little pants for Hayes & pants with a ruffle for Caroline (but don't look at the inside---they are awful)...but your dresses are amazing! Where do you find time???

Brittany,
They really aren't that hard to do at all. I think it's easier to do the reversible ones.
I'll have to make it up there this summer with the kids for a play day while Brian is working and show you how to do it!!

TIME?? WEll......I cut a million of them out at a time, then sew the sides all at one time etc etc etc. usually LATE at night. I don't really have the time, I just put something else off to do it!:)
